SMS Opt-In Flow
How Centric Realty Group collects express consent for its SMS program
Centric Realty Group operates an SMS program to communicate with clients and prospective clients who request it. Enrollment in text messaging is always voluntary and optional — you can request our services, chat with us, or speak with us without ever consenting to SMS. This page describes the specific methods by which consumers may opt in and the disclosures they see at the point of consent.
How consumers opt in to our SMS program
Consumers may provide express written consent to receive text messages from Centric Realty Group through any of the following methods:

Live chat widget on this website
By using the live chat widget displayed in the corner of every page on realtor.centricrealtygroup.com and providing a mobile number when prompted. The widget's consent language ("By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Centric Realty Group. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.") is shown before the number is submitted, along with a link to this Privacy Policy.

Text keyword
By texting START (or JOIN) to our business number +1 (469) 751-5170. The consumer then receives a confirmation message containing the brand name, message program description, frequency, rate disclosure, and STOP/HELP instructions.

Verbal consent
By providing verbal consent during a phone call or in-person consultation with Troy Sage or another Centric Realty Group team member, at which point our team reads the consumer the required disclosures ("message frequency varies," "message and data rates may apply," "text HELP for help and STOP to unsubscribe") and logs the date, time, and consent in our CRM.
Only individuals who take one of these affirmative actions are enrolled. Consent to receive marketing messages is never a condition of any purchase or service.
Consent language shown at the point of opt-in
The following consent language is displayed inside the live chat widget when a consumer is asked to provide a phone number:
Chat widget consent notice: "By providing your phone number to Centric Realty Group, you consent to receive text messages from Centric Realty Group (a team of LPT Realty, LLC) at that number — including appointment reminders, showing confirmations, transaction updates, replies to your inquiries, and, if you opt in, new listing alerts and market updates for the North Dallas area. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions."
The kinds of messages we send
- Transactional / non-marketing: appointment and showing reminders and confirmations, transaction and escrow status updates, document requests, and replies to your inquiries.
- Marketing / promotional: new listing alerts in Frisco, Prosper, Celina, McKinney and other North Dallas cities; open house notifications; price-reduction alerts; market updates; and information about our real estate services.
